COLORADO INCENTIVES AND LAWS

The Colorado legislature meets annually from early January to early May. During the session, the governor must sign or veto legislation within 10 days of transmittal (except Sundays) or it becomes law without signature. Within 30 days after the last day of the session, the governor must act upon legislation transmitted to him within the last 10 days of the session or it becomes law without signature. This page is updated each May, after the legislative session concludes for the calendar year.
